Nicola is a trainer and coach with vast operational experience of managing teams. She is passionate about people and the organisations they work for. Her career has enabled her to gain experience in diverse work environments and cultures and she understands the leadership challenges faced in today’s workplace. Nicola’s professional development and qualifications lie within training, coaching and management, and her core skills lie within Leadership and Management, and the myriad pieces of individual development which enable greatest success in those areas. Throughout her career, she has managed teams of professionals including sales, marketing, recruitment, trainers and coaches.
Nicola brings her energy and experience to the AC Recognised Certificate in Coaching.
Nicola’s current experience is with HandH, an award winning communications agency which specialises in internal programmes to maximise employee engagement and therefore company return. She was previously a Training Manager at Homelet, a part of the Barton Insurance Group where her key responsibility was management of the training cycle for each project to ensure staff training needs are met. Nicola has ILM qualifications across the UK and designed bespoke leadership and management programmes for large national businesses.
Outside of the work environment, Nicola loves theatre, good times, walking and her dog Reggie. She is also a part of her husbands acclaimed and innovative Pop Up Pizza company where she is to be found amongst the pizza lovers at various functions.
